Working alongside BREEAM consultants, Axis House helped bring the client’s vision to life with a modern and clean, superior Cat A Fit Out that would enable the future tenant to add their own corporate stamp.
Starting with a vacant shell and core, the 20,000 sq ft office space overlooking the Bow Back River was completely transformed in just 26 weeks.
Working over two floors, the team completed ceiling and sub floor works, installed mechanical and electrical services, raised access flooring and suspended ceilings.
the Fit Out included the installation of a lift in the double height foyer along with a staircase shell, ready to be finished to the tenant’s specification.
With the benefit of floor to ceiling glazing the length of the building, the addition of LED panels, recessed spotlights, surface mounted downlighters and recessed linear LED lights create a bright, light-filled space.
To minimise visual disturbance and ensure a clean finish, the brick exterior of the building is continued inside with an exposed brick feature wall in the double height reception and brick slip coverings for the support piers in the office space.
Basic partitioning and fully finished washrooms complete the project, providing a stunning blank canvas ready for the future tenant to fit out to their own requirements.
